We told you all about Miley Cyrus’ upcoming photo book that will support cancer research and now she is in a PSA for cancer. She teamed up with Kids Kick Cancer to help raise awareness of disease. You can watch her new PSA at the bottom of this post, if you want to know exactly what she is working with.
Miley has been close to cancer research after losing her close friend and grandparent to it. She has taken that cause as one of her main charities that has adopted. While we do not know when her book will come out or if she will be involved in the next Stand Up 2 Cancer event, she does seem to be invested in related projects. So far, she focused on charities about kids since her hiatus has ended. As for when this PSA was filmed, it is unknown but appears to be recent.
Are you pleased that Miley is putting a large part of her focus on cancer charities? I know that it is a good one to be involved, since chances are that almost everybody has known someone who has been affected. It should be pretty easy for her to convince people to donate. I still would love to see her be a tiny bit more active in anti-bully movement, but I do understand that her focus is more on this charity that is close to her.

Miley, along with Justin Bieber, Lil Wayne, Jonas Brothers Nick and Joe, Kim Kardashian, Lady GaGa, Jimmy Fallon and even Michael Jordan are up for consideration for the Bowling Hall of Fame.
The Bowling Proprietors’ Association of America (BPAA) and International Bowling Hall of Fame announced the star-studded list of candidates for their Celebrity Bowling Hall of Fame wing.
So how did they choose the contenders—a bowl-off? (No.)
“The roster of candidates includes celebrities who have helped support and popularize bowling, contributing to its status as the nation’s number one participatory sport,” the statement says.
Despite the celeb-rich list, only lucky celeb will join the pantheon. Fans get to vote for who they believe should be granted “bowling immortality” by voting on www.gobowling.com from today until Aug. 6.
Miley Cyrus – Mega hit children’s television show, check. Hit solo music artist, check. A-List movie star, check. Killer bowling game, check! At only 18, Miley Cyrus is certainly a busy girl, but when she’s not filming or recording, she’s been spotted at various bowling centers with fellow celebrity friends, including fellow nominees Nick Jonas and Justin Bieber, and charity bowling events.
