After seeing the ratings for “Two and a Half Men” Thursday night, we have a feeling that the producers for the CBS show are probably going to be calling Miley Cyrus up soon and offering her the world to come back. Why? Let’s just say that Missi brought the show some of its best ratings in quite a while.
Overall, the CBS sitcom scored a 4.0 rating in the 18-49 demographic for the new episode, and also brought in over 13 million viewers to go along with it. This is the highest retention rate for any show following “Two and a Half Men” since the show first moved to Thursday nights, and it is also a 14% increase from the week before. Is Miley the only reason for this bump? It’s hard to say, but she’s really the only thing that was different.
