On August 13th, Miley and Liam were seen taking a walk in Philadelphia, where Liam is filming his upcoming movie, called Paranoia. It was the first time Miley has been spotted by paparazzis with her new haircut. Miley seemed really annoyed by them being there as she hid her face. She later said on her Twitter account she was enjoying her walk with Liam until the paparazzis came, who weren’t invited! She also said the camera flashes nearly blinded her, that’s why she hid her face!
